Catherine uses the practices of silence, stillness, writing, and creative work to help individuals and groups become their highest and best selves.
Catherine is curious, creative, diligent, caring, and quietly hilarious.
She is skilled at facilitation and leading groups through transformational processes.
She was trained at Richmond Hill’s School of Spiritual Direction and has been an adjunct minister with them since 2014. Catherine is registered through Spiritual Directors International. In 2021, she moved to the Hudson Valley and offers spiritual direction in Cold Spring, New York through her parish of St. Philip's in the Highlands and at St. Mary’s Cold Spring

She has written two novels, a middle grade speculative fiction and a sci-fi thriller and regularly posts on Instagram.
